“Brushstrokes of South Texas: The Murals of Daniel Léchon”

This documentary provides an up-close and behind-the-scenes glimpse of master painter Daniel Léchon as he creates a series of murals that depict 500 years of South Texas history for the Kenedy Ranch museum of South Texas. Viewers are taken on a complete tour from conceptualization to installation of the murals, which were commissioned by the museum, located in Sarita, Texas. The film premiered on HoustonPBS in September 2005.
