This documentary follows the 22 month long pregnancy of one of the elephants at the Houston Zoo. Viewers are taken along for a behind-the-scenes look at the day-to-day care of the expectant mother; from dietary needs, exercise, and baths, to check-ups and final preparations for the birth of a baby. Tensions grow high as the pregnancy goes longer than expected. The film premiered on HoustonPBS in 2007.Produced by Sunset Productions
